I don't do heavy thinking when I'm running. For health reasons, I tend to heavy thinking on the whole.
So when I go on long runs, I bring a shuffle. To the Marathon des Sables I will be bringing 3 or 4 of them. Though, when I took them to Rocky Raccoon 50 Mile Trail Run, ALL THREE FAILED. (Of course, they worked as soon as I got back to the hotel).
Nonetheless, I'll be bringing them. During the 10 hours I walked the North Pole Marathon, I listened to Harry Potter. Oh, that Harry. He gets into quite some scrapes.
